amazing product, some good local leadership. The founders are really bad. they have worked in 1 company for most of the career and have no idea how to sell to today's customers. They go out of their way to change sales plan and find a way to not pay their sales reps. Please avoid the company at all cost. The only thing going for them is loyal customer base and good product, which is a by product of the people on ground. However, the Csuite, founders and all execties are terrible. Very toxic culture and backstabbing. Avoid at all cost.

Poor leadership that has high arrogance and general lack of understanding of how to sell the product. The product itself is good, but the organizational structure and leadership create barriers and obstacles to selling - thus leading to roughly 14% of reps hitting their number.
