It's alright, you'll get a lot of experience and paid very well, but leadership priorities are a mess and the company is inundated with red tape. Things that should take 6-12 months will take 2-3 years to see the light of day (our ad tag is a perfect example). Takes forever to get promoted, coworkers are uninspiring.

Like most tech companies in 2023, Amazon going through a tough period. High quotas with low attainment. Overall the product and market fit is industry leading so your clients will meet with you.
