Talented sellers, but customers are sick of Google's tactics (with Google Ads specifically) and it makes relationship management difficult. Progression often unclear and overly bureaucratic. Hyper competitive culture in some BUs. Terrible org for new grads.

my overall experience is good. it gave me the oppurunity to learn a lot of new things. the culture was great. i had a lot of fun while working there. I was able to travel alot for my job and could meet alot of really cool people. It was fun working here out of college it gave me so much experience in the software world. It’s definitely a high output role with a high base in comparison to other sales AE roles. Google treats their employees very well overall and there are amazing benefits. The culture is great in terms on an enterprise level however on a team/org level the culture is cliquey
