Good! Tons of smart people working here. It can be a grind but rewarding if you are strategic and ready to capitalize on internal opportunities. High performance is a baseline in a company like this - low performers are weeded out. In the AM role, some weeks are busy others are slow, just depends on clients/quarter.

During my time at DoorDash, I found the company to be satisfactory overall. The pay was relatively low, but the product was easy to sell, making the sales process smooth and efficient. I worked here from 2017-2019. Doordash was at the epicenter for growth at the time. The company may have changed quite a bit since I left. But at the time there was not really any opportunity to make REAL money at the organization. Culture was designed to make the company profitable at all cost.

This was probably the worst company and leadership I have ever worked for. No psychological safety whatsoever and was talked down to on a regular basis. Compensation structure made zero sense as it was off of a point system so you weren't actually being paid for the amount of money being brought into the company.

My overall experience was fairly poor as DoorDash has a horrible organizational culture and horrible leadership. If considering an opportunity with DoorDash, enter at a Director level or higher otherwise you will be impacted my layoffs as many Sr Managers were replaced with cheaper labor.
