If considering an opportunity with DoorDash, enter at a Director level or higher otherwise you will be impacted my layoffs as many Sr Managers were replaced with cheaper labor.

High performance is a baseline in a company like this - low performers are weeded out. In the AM role, some weeks are busy others are slow, just depends on clients/quarter.
