My overall experience taught me a lot about myself both personally and professionally. It provided me the ability to break out into sales leadership which was my ultimate goal. It was not easy to get any type of promotion even if you were a top performer and multiple colleagues were advocating for you. Pay was okay and below standards. They always seemed to put a commission cap when they knew an individual had a large deal coming through the pipeline so you lost out on pay.

great culture and leadership. DoorDash has about 3x more market share than the next-best competitor (Uber). success is largely determined by territories and unfortunately each territory has the same quota

Really great company with strong leadership and great earning potential. Outside sales rep provided with lead lists/ no need to self-source. A lot of internal opportunities when based in the US
