The best culture within Amazon and has an evolving product portfolio. Sales team needs more marketing support and more insight into expense policy to succeed. Good support team of Account Managers but tools are hit or miss. Many bandaids in place but Data is strong.

It's alright, you'll get a lot of experience and paid very well, but leadership priorities are a mess and the company is inundated with red tape. Things that should take 6-12 months will take 2-3 years to see the light of day (our ad tag is a perfect example). Takes forever to get promoted, coworkers are uninspiring.
