Current Employee3.7Aug 19, 2024My overall experience in Amazon ads has been rewarding, however leadership goals and quota attainment is rarely Transparent, with quota changing from H1 to H2, despite having full-year attainment goals. This literal moving of the goalposts is frustrating. Base pay appears to vary wildly depending on senority.
