My overall experience in Amazon ads has been rewarding, however leadership goals and quota attainment is rarely Transparent, with quota changing from H1 to H2, despite having full-year attainment goals. This literal moving of the goalposts is frustrating. Base pay appears to vary wildly depending on senority.

The opportunity to learn is definitely there but leadership is very all over the place from a goals standpoint. They have made it very evident that AE’s are replaceable. Managers are great but overall the role leaves a lot to be desired.

Company will try to get everything out of you. Make sure you get more out of it then it gets from you.
