Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Terrible company to work at now. Was once a place that valued integrity, but that is now more. Reps are just trying to squeeze as much out of customers accounts as possible, or just flat out lying to them. Our wireless service is a good baseline, and pricing isn't terrible. Fiber is actually a wonderful service, but we lack technicians to expand because no one wants to work as an underpaid, overworked tech.
DirecTV(which we own and sell in stores) is horrible, and constantly changing. Benefits here vary but are not great anymore- especially if you don't qualify for fiber(as we get a discount on it). Not a bad first job, but don't expect a career. You either get fired for performance or for fraud nowadays.
