My experience at T-Mobile was great. Leadership and the sales culture was amazing. Everyone wants to see you succeed. I met a lot of great people and life long connections.

Not good. Internal processes are bad. Everything is manual and cumbersome. Conflicting interests keep you from from being successful. Leadership doesn't care.

Great culture, differentiated solutions, market leading coverage and performance, and all the tools and resources needed to make you successful. That said, T-Mobile for Business has work to do in order to gain market-share in the Large Enterprise space... but that's the job. Very collaborative leadership that's truly engaged in and committed to your success.

There is a lot of infighting that takes place between the different Government Account Executives and Vertical Specialists as accounts are shared and split for compensation. This creates a hostile environment making it difficult to focus on selling.

T-mobile itself is a great market fit, amazing service, great prices, and amazing promotions. So when it comes to selling there is always someone willing to buy. In terms of learning and development it depends on the store you’re located at and the sales style of your manager and team. Which can be a good or bad thing.

My overall experience has been subpar. Base pay is low. Percentage of team hitting quota in my state is around 35% and not much higher throughout the country. RSUs were upped to $9k annually that best over two years so there is incentive to stay. ESPP is good at a 15% discount with a loom back period. SDR team was relatively new when I worked there. 1 week of training, but then individual SDR teams had different SOPs based on the team manager. Was largely up to individual SDR to set strategy.
