Company has poor salary and commission seller. Only thing that continues to increase is quotas. Horrible financial decisions from leadership and internal politics plagues profitability/progress. DEI forces sales managers to not fire minorities even if actions/performance warrants a reduction.

It’s ok but they always change stuff up so much and once you sell account it’s moved to account manager.
