Working here was meh... you're not really selling a great product. The competitors have much better offers then AT&T in my opinion and you have to really grind in order to make sales here. It's also a very transactional sale. The cherry on top is that they offer very little opportunity for professional development or improvement of your skills. Your sales manager will just tell you to make more sales without offering more guidance.

This organization has been downsized to become more profitable the past few years followed by the last CEO making some bad decisions acquiring companies and selling them at a huge loss.

AT&T Business Org is going through major changes, including new systems that are very buggy and make doing the job very difficult.
