Management is a toss up- it can great or terrible no in between. Job is cushy but management makes it tough

This job used to be a solid option. You used to be able to sell to a mix of existing and new mid-market customers to achieve targets. In 2023 they took those accounts away and primarily focus on non-billing SMB customers. During this time Micromanagement was ramaped up to unbearable levels. Avoid AT&T Business Sales at all cost.
