First, this is a great company to work for depending on what sector of AT&T you go into. Retail is where I work and I make great money. However, as you move up in the organization you find more “retirements” that happen way early, organizational recreations, more responsibilities with same pay, and downsizing teams that require more effort from sales drivers that are now packed on more. Overall, if you have great management and a vision of where you want to go; go for it!

Working here was meh... you're not really selling a great product. The competitors have much better offers then AT&T in my opinion and you have to really grind in order to make sales here. It's also a very transactional sale. The cherry on top is that they offer very little opportunity for professional development or improvement of your skills. Your sales manager...Read More
