Great company to work for - although compensation structure is lower than other peers. However, if you manage to build good relationships in the company, there should be no problem in hitting your number and even exceeding.

Good product, questionable management and leadership. Company morale took a nosedive after 10% layoffs and key exits in early 2023

Workato is a very product led organization rather than sales led. It is very hard to sell this product and get access to the things you need to be successful in this role. The product market fit is great, but there is a lot more work that needs to be done.
