Its a good company but Asia culture is not the best. Not the best CS org when compared to the other companies out there

A lot of good but a lot of frustrations as well. I would be very thorough as you interview at Workato to make sure you can handle the culture and leadership team.

Little to No inbound lead flow...it dried up with a big weight put on top of the sales org to make up for the disappearance of inbound demand. Marketing org cut, but sales expected to make up the difference.

The culture over the last 2 years or so has gone down hill. We’ve over corrected from being too loose to too strict with our goals as a company from the Leadership side. Great Reps are being PIPed and walking out for not outbounding as much, with pipeline coverage being a more closely monitored metric over closing sales.
