Workato is an amazing place to grow, especially for SDRs looking to move into AE or CSM roles. The company truly invests in career development, with many SDRs successfully getting promoted. There’s also a lot of flexibility to innovate—new outbound strategies and prospecting approaches are encouraged. The hybrid work model gives a great balance of collaboration and autonomy, making it a fantastic environment for anyone looking to build a sales career.

Good product and strong market fit priced as the premium solution but questionable SDR leaders who lack transparency and in creating a career path for SDRs.
