Rubrik is struggling with the transition from unicorn startup to public company. Culture, respect and compensation have suffered due to the IPO process, good people are jumping ship as a result. It will recover I think, as the product and vision are strong, but it is not a great time to be selling there right now as they don't value their people at the moment.

Company values, goals, and opportunity is hard to match or find at other companies. You will work hard and leadership support is bar none some of the best I've seen throughout my 15 year career. Most professional and financial growth I've ever experienced highly recommend to those with insatiable drive and hunger.
