Rubrik is a fantastic product which the market has a strong appetite for. The company it’s self has grown so much in the past 2 years that things like leadership and culture have declined. They keep dangling the IPO carrot, and keep pushing it. Moral across all departments feels very low, especially considering how high it’d been in the past.

This place is a goat farm. Micromanagement is horrible with no expectation that you can think for yourself. There is extreme oversight from VPs who try to do the job of 1st line leaders. You won't own your deals and you will be told what to do without any ability to be creative or think for yourself. Comp plans have been reduced 3 times in the past year while quotas...Read More

Now Rubrik went public the first changes are clear. Even more micro management on funnel rather than actual business.
