Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Rubrik is a fantastic product which the market has a strong appetite for. The company it’s self has grown so much in the past 2 years that things like leadership and culture have declined.
They keep dangling the IPO carrot, and keep pushing it. Moral across all departments feels very low, especially considering how high it’d been in the past.
