Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee This place is a goat farm. Micromanagement is horrible with no expectation that you can think for yourself. There is extreme oversight from VPs who try to do the job of 1st line leaders. You won't own your deals and you will be told what to do without any ability to be creative or think for yourself. Comp plans have been reduced 3 times in the past year while quotas have grown to approximately $1.5M despite account lists being cut in half. Less opportunity for everyone and significantly less money to be made than a year ago. Everyone seems to be struggling in certain regions.
