Pretty cool product but toxic sales org starting at the top with all the leaders. Not very diverse and leaders are picking & choosing which deals to go after. Impossible to push a deal forward unless it fits the Observe sales process. Reps have been tapped on the shoulder and handed opportunities while a big group grinds non-stop without much success. Recruiter just hit me up about an AE role at Observe. Is the quota attainment *really* that high at a startup operating in a saturated market? Also $150k for base? Seems too good to be true with high base + high attainment + high OTE for a Series B org.
