Was the best comp plan in the industry (30% comm).. however recently slashed it to 15% (still not too bad) but it is 100% outbound PG. Feast or famine -but few reps made over $1M while most struggle to scrounge up deals to make 75% of OTE. This is the high risk casino table - odds are long but when you hit, hit big. Not for the faint of heart -- break out your full-time headset for dialing for dollars when you take this ride.
