My overall experience with iCIMS is a good one. They have a really strong platform and truly the best of breed in the industry. However, the true power is when the customers use multiple parts of the solution but that is expensive. The deal cycle is 9-12 months and when the deal is lost it is due to perception of the solution not being better than the competition but when prospects select a competitor they normally don't feel like the solution solve their problems - iCIMS could have done that. With the new CEO coming and focusing resources on the core products it will have a positive effect.

Company acquires products that do not bring strong return on value in deals. Majority of reps are not even close to hitting quota. Most reps that succeed are long-term employees with long tenure.
