Commercial reps got free SQLs while Enterprise reps had to bend over backwards for an opp that the AE would hold because they didn't want to fill their pipe with opportunities that weren't easy.

My overall experience with iCIMS is a good one. They have a really strong platform and truly the best of breed in the industry. However, the true power is when the customers use multiple parts of the solution but that is expensive.
