The team is great - you'll have amazing team mates to learn and grow from! The commission structure could be more competitive in the market and the quota (especially in Enterprise) was challenging. Overall, this is a good company to learn and grow from but you'll have to put in a lot of hours to see the monetary return.

Unattainable quota Minimal training to help GTM efforts Okay base pay Minimal job security, a lot of people get let go for reasons unexplained. No internal mobility Bad onboarding experience A big disconnect between EMEA and the US side of the company
