Current Employee3.4Jul 9, 2024Great compensation but toxic and very political culture, especially for females!
Former Employee3.7Sep 29, 2023I worked at iCIMS during the “Golden Era” when offices were in Matawan. Was employee #100 and was on the rocketship to 400 or so when I left. Lots of inbound leads, lots of bell ringing and lots of late nights. Worked with probably the hardest working young sales professionals I will ever know.

Current Employee1.7Apr 15, 2024Unattainable quota Minimal training to help GTM efforts Okay base pay Minimal job security, a lot of people get let go for reasons unexplained. No internal mobility Bad onboarding experience A big disconnect between EMEA and the US side of the company

Current Employee2.3Jan 5, 2024I started selling at iCIMS enthusiastic on day one. By the end of the first month I knew I had made a terrible mistake in joining this company. I would not recommend any seller to join this company unless you want to make your base salary for a year (if that) before you’re on the chopping block
