Toxic culture, immature leadership, untrusting and shallow environment, non-collaborative team members. I think the good days are past this company as they are trying to prepare to go public.

Good training opportunities but challenging market environment and a lot of turnover on the sales team over the last 12 months at the AE level. Significant headwinds to achieve increasing growth targets given the market environment and increasing consolidation across competitors.
