Overall decent company for this industry, however, legacy comp plan sales folks took a 2% reduction in pay at the start of the year - part of that was offset by an annual bonus that you lose all of if you're not there till it pays out to de-incentivize leaving before the bonus hits

My overall experience was great. My only regret here is that I didn't transfer to an office that had more of a presence. For being on the carrier side I thought our compensation structure was great.
