Positive, overall good place to work. Results vary to a lot of factors outside of your control as with many similar sales organizations but the opportunities are there.

Good overall, but be prepared to fight for every lead, new account, and growth of your book. Good solutions, team oriented environment but only way to get ahead ultimately is to work your ass off. Not that different than most other places.

Overall decent company for this industry, however, legacy comp plan sales folks took a 2% reduction in pay at the start of the year - part of that was offset by an annual bonus that you lose all of if you're not there till it pays out to de-incentivize leaving before the bonus hits
