People are constantly fearing for the state of their jobs. The management does not listen or actually help employees do their job better. They refuse to change KPls even though teams haven't reached the numbers in years. Many unnecessary meetings with people around the globe who do completely different jobs to establish the illusion of a company culture. They do not care to internally promote, and have horrid turnaround for many positions. People try to move upward within the company and they refuse to train us to get into higher positions.

My overall experience is it's basically a call center. Very transaction sale making 50 to 60 calls a day and selling companies on accepting ach payments from their customers over a quick phone call. $100,000 OTE on a 50/50 split uncapped. Most of the reps haven't been there a full year yet but no one is hitting their monthly quota, the OTE seems to be unattainable
