Okay experience, severe disconnect between support team and sales team leading to many headaches trying to close deals that need further technical attention. Leads good at times, other times very very slim. Commission is very low percentage of sales.

It’s a good starting point in the corporate world. Base pay is not great but if you do the activity and hit goals then many people have been moved up. It does help to be a teachers pet to increase the speed of being moved up. The workload is very manageable and once you clock out for the day you do not have to worry about work afterwards.
