Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee ZI is my first tech job experience. From my understanding because it's hustle hustle hustle here that if you go almost anywhere else you will do great. They really focus on dials even though the majority of my completes come from email and text messaging. I wish they had a better balance when it came to dial kpi. The good thing is the higher you go in the company in my opinion the less stressful it is. I hate it inbound, $10 a complete is a joke, but I am so happy with being on the Enterprise team. I've had great managers and I've worked with really good account managers. I know that's not everybody's experience. Just as long as you do your job, make your dials, send your emails you will hit your quota and even exceed it. I've exceeded every single month. Before this I had did sales in another industry for almost 6 years.
