Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee OTE of 70k is only attainable if you are promoted to outbound sdr - as an inbound sdr the accurate OTE is under 60k for a year - over all experience isn’t fantastic. It’s a good place to learn and grow your sales skills with support from your managers but compensation is low and they are not afraid to let go of anyone. Promotions get frozen and people get stuck in the inbound position for longer than recruiters make out to be by at least 3-4 extra months. I’d you have a bad month and miss quota they take away tools as a punishment and make it harder to hit quota every month you miss it.
