Low base pay for the industry but if you can sell you will do well. You won’t make serious money as an AE until year 2-3 and only if you sell multi-year deals

Extremely poor leadership. Bark orders but are not willing to get into the trenches unless you are an OG. Very clicky organization that plays nothing but favorites. Quietly let people go for no reason
