ZoomInfo is a great company to work for in terms of comp and the ability to be trained and learn at the highest level. The downside is extreme micromanagement and lack of work life balance.

Very transactional sales org, discount focussed. They say they want to become customer-centric but that message doesn't resonate on the front lines. Chaotic and over-whelming expectations of sellers.

Poor communication, lots of silo and very inconsistent messaging. Lack of strong leadership, it's frecuent for managers to take it out their team and blame you for their results, when there is no coaching or accountability on their side. Weak and unstructured training, the mentality is sink or swim.

My experience at Zoominfo was overall very good, but with the SDR role its about evolving. One will never be fully satisfied with this role. Its about climbing from inbound to outbound and then eventually AE, which is where every SDR wants to be.
