It was a good place to climb up the ranks from inbound to AE. Not a lot of people are able to achieve it. So if you can do it then you are certainly built for sales.

There have been a lot of changes at ZI within the last year. More competition and in an economic climate that is not favorable to an expensive "nice to have" solution

Senior leadership will find every way possible not to pay you on large deals you close, especially ones with executive alignment, in which they helped at some point in the sales cycle. ZoomInfo is a bit of a boiler room, but the leaders are very good. They’ve done the job, they’ll coach you up, and they’ll join calls to help you win deals. Monthly quota is a heavy burden but senior leadership is looking to evaluate more on a quarterly basis.
