Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Senior leadership will find every way possible not to pay you on large deals you close, especially ones with executive alignment, in which they helped at some point in the sales cycle. There are clauses in the variable comp agreement that enable them to not pay you on a deal that is more then 50% of your quota or a deal with which you had help from senior leadership. It's crazy.
