Zendesk is a great product for commercial and small companies but it is still finding its way in the Enterprise segment. Great salary and commission structure if you manage to over achieve. A lot of investment from the company in the product.

+ Great product market fit + Product sells itself + Great inbound lead flow - No professional development budget - Remote is not really remote. You need to stay in country. - Micromanagement - Career development above Commercial not ideal, ZD not a enterprise product.
