BDR org is under valued and if you were to improve and hit numbers then you’d need to do it on your own. Good place to get into if you are trying to get into tech but in the long run you will be with a different company.

It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product.
