Pay was really good but the new leadership team is so dissappointing. They're moving all role eventually to low cost locations outside of the USA.

Company culture has drastically shifted since acquired by PE. Raises/bonuses were reserved to senior leadership, regardless if you achieved 100+% attainment and tenured.
