Zendesk is a great company in terms of culture, leadership and of vourse the product itsself. Made it to presidents club in my first full FY!

It's very much a place where you'r just a number w/no compassion or regard to the human element, also its a culture of authoritarian/dictatorship coming from the top down. After the company moved from being a publicly traded org to a private org everything changed and many left, creating an exodus to other orgs w/similar market/product. Inbound leads are far less.....Read More
