Zendesk is a great product for commercial and small companies but it is still finding its way in the Enterprise segment. Great salary and commission structure if you manage to over achieve. A lot of investment from the company in the product.

Loved Zendesk, however feels like slowly the plug has been pulled and its getting lean. No pathway for SDR's/BDRs

Overall good experience, but was bought out by PE company. So big culture change, everyone is afraid of layoffs, and lots of layoffs
