My overall experience (current employee) is that the sales team is a complete 80/20 split, maybe more actually. 80% of reps get nowhere near quota. The territories seem so weak, and arbitrarily aligned. If you’re a lucky one, you’ll land with something, the rest of us…..good luck!!!

Zendesk is going through a tough patch with the ownership & leadership changes, several things are broken (esp on operational, marketing sides), increasing silos, several rounds of redundancies based on cost cutting not skills… Wouldn’t recommend for next 6-12 months at least (2023-2024)
