Leadership is focused only on managing up. Everyone below is overloaded with work and the targets are unachievable. Approx 20 AE's in ANZ and only 3 will hit target for the year. The business blames AE's for not making targets but refuses to look at territories to fix the problem.

My overall experience was good at the start and then got worse as the PE firm took over. Made territories much smaller, send majority accounts overseas with no transparency on lead flow and where it goes. Changed pay -20% with no signs of growth opportunities.
