Current Employee Great company in the past. Nowadays you do get an awesome OTE and amazing benefits (in Europe). Sales-wise its basically a lottery on what kind of patch you get and whether your customers are growing or not. New Business is the new focus but not something the company is good at or fit for (short term vision and results expected), so you can't expect to do more than 50% of your target on NB (in a good year).
