Current Employee3.4Feb 6, 2024My overall experience was good at the start and then got worse as the PE firm took over. Made territories much smaller, send majority accounts overseas with no transparency on lead flow and where it goes. Changed pay -20% with no signs of growth opportunities.

Current Employee1.9Feb 26, 2024It's been a poor experience over the course of my two year tenure. - Bad senior/exec leadership that is very out of touch - Low comp which feels even lower in '24 due to no raises and they moved us from hourly to salary so we are doing about 4-5 jobs now this year for even less pay b/c of no OT. - No meaningful career dev.
