Current Employee3.6Jun 25, 2024Major culture change since PE took over, some people don't like it. It is a run the numbers sales house now. Mgmt watches calls, meetings, pipeline very closely - regardless of performance and attainment. Accept that, and this is a good place to be with PE putting millions into R&D, creating a very competitive product in the cx market. Very good product.
