Current Employee1.3Jun 22, 2024The glory days of Zendesk are long gone. Zendesk is in this gray area of not having a great fit in SMB or Ent. Too complex for SMB and not complex enough for Ent. Compensation on the lower end of market average. I would wait at least a year before joining the org.

Former Employee2.9May 6, 2024Zendesk used to be a great place to work and I had considered myself a lifer. Culture was amazing, people were extremely friendly, and teams worked well together. In the last 2 years of my employment there, things really took a turn and went downhill. It was sad to see things go that way.
